We are not liable for any loss that results from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Course Access & Licenses
Once you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, share, or otherwise use course content beyond your own learning without express written permission.
All course content remains our intellectual property or that of our instructors.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
Course prices are displayed clearly before purchase.
Payments must be completed via the available payment methods (e.g., online card payment, OTT vouchers, mobile payments).
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for eligible courses, provided you have not completed the course or consumed more than a minimal portion of content.
Refunds may require verification and can take up to 14 working days to process.
Certain promotional offers or subscriptions may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Certificates & Course Completion
Certificates of completion are issued only after you fulfil all course requirements (modules, assessments, and any other conditions).
Certificates reflect completion only and do not guarantee employment or professional accreditation beyond what is provided by us.
7. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Services lawfully and ethically.
Not misuse, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services.
Respect the rights of other users and instructors.
Not engage in hacking, unauthorized access, or disruptive behaviour.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

All content on our platform, including videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the Services as expressly provided under these Terms.

Your use of the Services also is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.
